Use and benefit

Opening and using a work instruction, checklist in the Assistant
In this tutorial you will learn the basics of using the Assistant. You open a work instruction or checklist from within the search, get an overview of its contents and start it.

Completing a work instruction or checklist in the Assistant
After you have completed your work, you want to complete all confirmations and interactions. Or alternatively, you want to leave a knowledge document or checklist early. In this tutorial you will learn how to complete a work instruction or checklist.

Use the QR code scanner
With a QR code you can call one or more work instructions or checklists directly by scanning it. In this tutorial you will learn how to use the QR Code scanner in the Assistant.

Parking module - interrupt or transfer
Inadvertent interruptions occur in the course of your daily operations. You do not want to discard the previous progress and continue working later? Then park the work instruction or checklist and resume work at exactly this point later. Passovers (shift change, team change, personnel change, …) are simplified and traceable with the parking of a work instruction or checklist, too.

Parallel, simultaneous work
You would like to work with two users or more in the same document, i.e. a work instruction, a checklist, a test protocol or similar documents? Would you like to do this at the same time? Do you want your colleagues to see changes in almost real time? No problem! Work collaboratively in any document and simultaneously with any number of colleagues.

Reports and Analysis

Functionality in the Report Section
In this tutorial we will show you the functions of the “Report” section. Here you will find reports that are in execution or have already been completed by the Assistant. Analyse entered values and interactions, detect deviations and increase transparency and quality. You can also create .csv and PDF reports that can be used externally.

Create an individual PDF Report
The PDF Report offers you the choice to share information via PDF-Format. Decide freely which information should be displayed in a report and which not. It is also possible to transfer order information to an individual report. You can also embed your address information and logo in the PDF Report.
