Creating a work instruction, checklist in the Assistant
You can initially create work instructions and checklists in the Assistant and make them available for further processing. In addition, you can display process documentation, protocols, safety instructions, verification documents, qualification certificates, and many other documents. In this tutorial we show you how to create a work instruction or checklist for the first time in the Assistant.
Creating a work instruction, checklist in the Editor
You can initially create and edit work instructions and checklists in the Editor and make them available for further processing. In addition, you can display process documentation, protocols, safety instructions, verification documents, qualification certificates, and many other documents. In this tutorial we show you how to create a work instruction or checklist for the first time in the Editor.

Parking module - interrupt or transfer
Inadvertent interruptions occur in the course of your daily operations. You do not want to discard the previous progress and continue working later? Then park the work instruction or checklist and resume work at exactly this point later. Passovers (shift change, team change, personnel change, …) are simplified and traceable with the parking of a work instruction or checklist, too.
Parallel, simultaneous work
You would like to work with two users or more in the same document, i.e. a work instruction, a checklist, a test protocol or similar documents? Would you like to do this at the same time? Do you want your colleagues to see changes in almost real time? No problem! Work collaboratively in any document and simultaneously with any number of colleagues.
Reports and Analysis
Functionality in the Report Section
In this tutorial we will show you the functions of the “Report” section. Here you will find reports that are in execution or have already been completed by the Assistant. Analyse entered values and interactions, detect deviations and increase transparency and quality. You can also create .csv and PDF reports that can be used externally.
Change history of interactions
For each interaction, the date, time, and the person(s) performed are available in the report. In addition, the change history enables you to trace previous entries. If, for example, a measured value is subsequently corrected or a confirmation revoked, this information is stored with date, time and user name. This applies to every interaction. In this tutorial, we will show you how to get the change history in the “Reports” section of the Editor and track changes made by the users in the past.
Create an individual PDF Report
Structure and Organization
Create and use dynamic links
Attaching several QR codes
Search through filtering using structure classes
To quickly and easily access your work instructions, checklists and reports, you can use the structure class filter (classifier) to search. In this tutorial you will learn the following functions in the editor: 1) Structure classes and connection trees 2) List filtering in editor 3) List filtering settings 4) Storage of own filters 5) Assignment of structure classes to new work instructions 6) Assignment of structure classes to existing work instructions
Setting Button-Based Navigation
Create new users
In this tutorial we show you how to create initially a user in the Editor module. You can attach additional information which can later be used for communication and authentication. You can also specify the user language and assign saved filters for the user in the Assistant or Editor, so that these have standardized structure classes (classifier) activated. In addition, you initially assign one or multiple roles to the user.
