SAP ECC 6.0
Industry leader in many years of use
Never change a running system
Not every company wants to rebuild its ERP system in the same intervals as the software manufacturers do. SAP ECC 6.0 is widely used across all industries and has guaranteed stable business processes for decades.
We offer the opportunity to connect the cioplenu platform to your existing SAP ECC 6.0 instance.
Two environments – zero problems
plenudata creates the possibility of data exchange between the cioplenu product family and SAP ECC 6.0. The middleware operates in collaboration with SAP and enables smooth data exchange between both environments.
In this way, the latest web applications and a proven ERP enterprise system come together and you can use the full potential of both.
Common data basis
Free data flows
Parts lists, WBS element, material numbers, contact persons, construction plans, work sequences – all relevant data that has already been entered and stored in SAP is now also available on the cioplenu platform on-site.

Transparency over the entire system
Automate your data flows and leave the data management to the algorithms.
Stay flexible to changes and rely on future technologies.
Why complicated when it can be easy? Less error sources high reliability.
Do your work right once – and not twice or three times. Create lean data flows along your value chain.
Many ways lead to SAP
In recent years, many possibilities for SAP-ERP integration have developed and SAP has continuously developed the core system. Hardly any ERP system has as many interface options and an entire industry deals with the adaptation and further development of SAP ECC 6.0-based software solutions.
Find an overview of the common SAP interfaces used in SAP ECC 6.0 systems.
This is a box or better a container and a document format or information package for exchanging business data between SAP and non-SAP software, that is, external systems.
The system runs asynchronously and offers the possibility of simple and fast data exchange.
A Remote Function Call is an ABAP-based communication technique and thus an interface to the SAP core system. SAP was mainly programmed on the basis of the ABAP programming language.
As the name already indicates, an RFC calls a function module in the ABAP SAP core system, which runs in the remote system and thus enables the feeding or tapping of desired data and operations into and from the SAP system.
The ABAP programming language is the core language of SAP. An ABAP interface thus enables direct access to the SAP core system. This allows you to control SAP directly, but also requires the most effort when programming such an interface.
BA-PI is used as an interface between the individual SAP components to execute operations or ensure continuous data exchange. BA-PI can also be used to access business process data from external programs.
SAP Process Integration is an SAP middleware that bundles information relevant for integration in a central location. PI is part of the SAP Netweaver package and enables a standardized interface on the W3C standard SOAP with so-called Messages with Attachments. This is the latest interface from the SAP ECC 6.0 world – out into the web applications world.
Would an integration make sense?
An integration of the cioplenu platform into your existing ERP system makes sense if you want to collect, share and manage data across departments and along the entire value chain.
All relevant information is then entered centrally in your ERP system and called up as required.
This enables viewing and editing all existing data records via the ERP system or to use them for other purposes, such as analysis and evaluation. This is independent of the software. Depending on which area you work in or which software tool you and your employees prefer – you decide for yourself.
If you want to switch to SAP S/4 HANA or another ERP in the near future (0-8 months), a later integration into the newer ERP environment makes more sense, since SAP S/4 HANA comes with more modern and standardized interfaces.
Do you want to continue using SAP ECC 6.0? Connect your software using plenudata, the cioplenu middleware and take full advantage of the benefits for your employees and yourself.
Which interface is the best for my company?
Unfortunately, there is no right or wrong to answer this question.
Have you already integrated third-party software into your SAP environment? Then the existing interface should, if possible, also be used for future integrations.
Would you like to use the interface for other third-party software in the future? Then you should make the interface a bit more generalized in order not to create any restrictions for other software.
The cioplenu software is connected to your ERP system with the middleware plenudata. This middleware is the translator and the connector, so to speak, to ensure a smooth data exchange between both systems.
How can the cioplenu platform be integrated into your system?
As part of a project, the cioplenu platform is integrated and implemented in your ERP environment in cooperation with your IT specialists.
First we carry out an inventory of your existing system and define together with you the requirements and the overall framework in which you would like to use the cioplenu platform.
Subsequently, we will introduce the cioplenu platform in your company in collaboration and establish the interface and integrate it into ERP and other systems.
The aim is a uniform system – not a consulting project.
Rely on the latest standards. Documented and standardized APIs ensure cross-platform data exchange.
Lead your company to the future. Digitalize processes along the entire value chain and for everyone.
Eliminate redundant records, consolidate information and escape the data chaos.
Focus on adding value to your business and reduce unnecessary work.
Do you have questions?
Are you interested in the cioplenu platform but not sure how it can be integrated into your existing ERP system?
You have already integrated other software into your ERP system and want to integrate cioplenu in the same way?
You use another ERP system?
