Microsoft Dynamics

Integration in Microsoft Enterprise

Microsoft Dynamics Universum

The world of NAV and Excel

Microsoft Dynamics Suite offers various ERP solutions for every company size. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SL and AX are the most popular ERP solutions. Apart from that, the environment of Excel and others. away from csv – up to autonomous data synchronization.

State-of-the-art interfaces

With Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics offers an in-house implementation method. Alternatively, the cioplenu platform can be connected using plenudata.

Current standards in JSON file format are used here through a RESTfull API.

Uniform data basis

Free and lean data flows

Parts lists, project and material numbers, contact persons, design documents, work sequences – all relevant data already stored in Microsoft Dynamics NAV|SL|AX are now also available on site on the cioplenu platform and can be reported back to the ERP system.

Interface in detail

A point-to-point connection is established between Microsoft Dynamics and the cioplenu platform using the middleware or Connecting App. This application interface is based on the REST standard and exchanges data in JSON format.

Use of synergies

Do you already use the Azure Cloud? Then take advantage of the Azure Active Directory (AAD) for authentication and let the cioplenu platform run over the cloud.

The whole

Transparency through the whole system

Automate your data flows and leave the data management to the algorithms.

Stay flexible to changes and rely on future technologies.

Why complicated when it can be easy? Less error sources high reliability.

Do your work right once – and not twice or three times. Create lean data flows along your value chain.
Would an integration make sense?
Integration of the cioplenu platform into your existing MS Dynamics ERP system makes sense if you want to collect, share and manage data across departments and along the entire value chain. All relevant information is then entered centrally in your proAlpha ERP system and called up as required.

By this, all existing data records can be viewed and edited via the ERP system or used for other purposes such as analysis and evaluation. This is independent of the software. Depending on which area you work in or which software tool you and your employees prefer – you decide for yourself.

Which interface do I need?
The cioplenu software is connected to your ERP system with the middleware plenudata. This middleware is the translator and connector, so to speak, to ensure a smooth data exchange between both systems.

Have you already integrated third party software into your MS Dynamics environment? Then the existing interface should, if practicable, also be used for future integrations.

Would you like to use the interface for other third party software in the future? Then you should make the interface a bit more generalized in order not to create any restrictions for other software.

Rely on the latest standards. Documented and standardized APIs ensure cross-platform data exchange.

Lead your company to the future. Digitalize processes along the entire value chain and for everyone.

Eliminate redundant records, consolidate information and escape the data chaos.

Focus on adding value to your business and reduce unnecessary work.
