APPLICATION

Send us your application via the link at the bottom. Tell us who you are and why you would like to join our team. Why do you like to work in a startup? Why do you like to work with young and ambitious team members?

SCREENING

We will take a look on your application. If you convince us, we will request further documents like CV or ceritificates. Before this step there is no need to provide us these kind of documents. We are interested in you and your story.

FIRST INTERVIEW

After the screening we will invite you to visit us at Innovationspark Augsburg. You will have an interview with our Hiring Manager. Depending on the position you will have a Case Study to see how you solve given challenges.

SECOND INTERVIEW

The second interview will be with the Hiring Manager and the dedicated department manager. You will speak about your objectives and aims within cioplenu. At the end you will have a cold drink with your potential colleagues.

EVALUATION

We will speak with our team to evaluate if there is a match from our side. Everybody you will work with, is being part of that process. We would like to make sure that we we will have a friendly and cooperative work climate at cioplenu.

JOBOFFER

After the interviews we will ask you to provide us some references. We will use that reference calls to get knowledge about your former achivements. Then we will make you an offer and maybe we will soon be colleagues at cioplenu.
